Conversion Service In addition to having refrigerated vehicles in stock available for immediate delivery, Glacier Vehicles also offer a conversion only service. Our engineering team have developed and implemented an insulation that is light weight, cost effective and very durable, with one of the shortest build times in the industry.
We can convert any make and model of panel van in to a refrigerated vehicle, incorporating any bespoke requirements you may have.

Better By Design
Glacier Vehicles is a long established manufacturer of refrigerated panel van conversions. We are commissioned by companies large and small to design and install conversions to their existing non refrigerated vehicles.

If you’re not 100% certain of the conversion you need, our trained sales team will make suggestions based on your daily requirements, together finalising the suitable conversion and specification to encompass these requirements.
All our conversions are covered by the new Manufacturers warranty.

Refrigeration Systems
As with the type of insulation material used, the required refrigeration system is dependent upon certain criteria; loading temperature required, product being transported, number of drops per hour and so on. We won’t blind you with science, but needless to say we will fit the right fridge system that will perform your daily requirements perfectly.

Lead Time
Due to having insulation and refrigeration engineers on site, work proceeds as soon as your panel van arrives with us. For this reason, we are proud to boast one of the shortest build times in the industry. Whilst the build time depends upon the required conversion, you will be certain of a completion date prior to confirming your order.

You deliver or we collect?
The choice is yours. We realise some of our customers just haven’t got the time to leave their business. For this reason we are more than happy to collect your vehicle** from your place of work, from any UK destination, at a time that best suits you. Once the conversion is complete, we will simply deliver** your vehicle back to you. ** Please note, fuel and labour charges apply.
